Using your preferred method of communication, I work through both online and in-person sessions.
I specialize in both individual and couples therapy with an emphasis on neurodivergent/neurotypical relationships, addictions, trauma, and navigating sexual issues through faith-based counseling. Feeling safe and heard in a non-judgmental setting is very important in the process of healing. It is my goal to create a space where you feel understood as we journey together towards health and wholeness.
